Trash Pickup is every Wednesday with the exception of National Holidays. During the week, a holiday falls, so the trash is picked up a day later. Garbage must be put out by 5:00 A.M. on the day of your collection.

If you fall behind in HOA dues and assessments, you will be charged a one-time fee of $50 per pay period. If you miss two (2) payments your account will go to our attorney for collections.

If you stop paying HOA dues, the association can place a lien on your home, sue you and garnish your wages, or foreclose, among other things. If you are facing hardship, please contact the Board immediately to work out payment options. 

Please contact the Zion Post Office by calling 1-800-275-8777 to request a new key. 

Your mail comes every morning around 12:00 PM.

You will need to complete a form, get it approved by a Board member then take that to the city of Zion for the permit. Email board@schoa.net for the form.
