Michael has lived in the neighborhood since 2018 and brings leadership experience from his career in
project management. He will oversee the Board’s operations and will foster effective communication with
homeowners. Mike will also serve as a liaison with our landscaping contractor to ensure high quality maintenance and neighborhood appearance.

Nancy is new to the SC community and brings over 13 years of business and financial management experience. As VP, she will support the President and help organize community events and improvement projects.

Jessica has lived in SC since 2017 and is excited to see her community grow and become as beautiful as it was when she first moved in. As Secretary, she will maintain meeting records and keep our community informed with accurate documentation and updates.

Bio:
Tasha previously served as a board member at her former residence and brings invaluable experience. As
Treasurer, she will manage the HOA’s budget, financial reports, and dues collection, ensure transparency and accountability in all financial matters.

Arnita has lived in SC for over 14 years and has served on the HOA Board since 2019. She will continue to review and help approve all Homeowners’ Architectural Change Request forms.
